Ramayana stories - Don’t agree anything that you get in wrong way

When bharata returns from his grandparents home and returns back on the day of his brothers coronation he comes to know that Sri Rama had sent to forest, for 14 years. He comes to know by his minister that his mother asked two boons from his father one is to send Rama to forest for 14 years and another is to make his son bharata the king of ayodhya.

Hearing these words bharata immediately rushes to her mother. He totally gets upset after knowing the fact. He comes to know that his father dasarath has passed away because of these reasons. When he enters inside, mandra gives him grand welcome, and then he hits the plate on mandra face and rushes towards his mother. He orders the army to banish mandra from his place.

He asks his mother why she did this way.

Then kaikeyi says, son everyone I have done is for your welfare.
She wanted to see his son as king of ayodhya. He fights with his mother and tells her that from now onwards there is no son for you and in sorrow rushes to kausalya.

Kausalya by seeing bharata feels happy and embrace him. Then bharata consoles her and promises her to get back Rama to ayodhya.

Then he immediately rushes to the forest in search of his brothers and his sister-in-law sita.

While coming laxman thought that he was coming to fight against them.

Bharata comes along with his battalion and minister of ayodhya to see his brother. After meeting his brother Rama they both felt happy. He shows his sorrow of missing his brother Rama.
He met his brother laxmana, and takes blessing of sita and asked his brother to return ayodhya. He says that his father had passed away after he left ayodhya. Then Rama felt unhappy by hearing this. Then bharata asked him to return to ayodhya as people of ayodhya where waiting for him. But Rama refused to come back because he promised his father that he would stay in the forest for 14 years.

To keep up the promise he can’t return to ayodhya he had to fulfill his promise and respect his parent’s words.

Hearing this bharatha felt unhappy and says, ok I will stay along with you. I won’t go to ayodhya again.

Then Rama says, bharata you have to go it’s my order.

Rama convinced and insisted bharatha to go and rule ayodhya.

He says I can’t rule ayodhya please give me your footwear I will take along with me. From today your footwear will rule ayodhya.
He kept his brother’s footwear on his head and took it to ayodhya and kept it on the throne.

As a representative of Rama he took care of the administration of ayodhya.

From this lesson we can learn, not to accept anything that comes to us by hurting someone. Here bharata had rejected to rule the kingdom of ayodhya because it came to him in an injustice way. Here, her mother asked boon for the sake of his son and forcefully took it from dasaratha. But to keep up his words he granted the boons. When bharatha came to know about this he immediately rejected this injustice. Every person in the world have to think and act like bharatha against the people who do injustice to others.
