Helping hands

In a small town of Ramapur a boy named Ravi was leaving along with his parents. His father is a farmer and mother is a housewife. There all are living happy together in a small hut.

One day Ravi’s mother asked him to bring some wood from the forest and he immediately started to the forest and has gathered sufficient wood and started returning to his home. On his way he found an old woman who was starving for food, he wanted to give her food but he do not have any food and moved on and then he found a deer which was very thirsty he wanted to quench the thirst of the deer but he do not have water with him, he felt very sad for it and moved ahead. Then he saw an old man who was shivering with cold, he wanted to make campfire but he do not have enough wood. This little boy came to know his problem and gave the wood he gathered to make campfire, in return the old man gave him some food and water.

Then he soon ran back to the old woman who was very hungry and offered her the food and water to the deer. The old woman and deer was very grateful to Ravi and he went back to home happily.

Days are passing happily and one day when Ravi was gathering the wood, all of the sudden he felt down from the hills and was injured badly he shouted for help but no one could hear his voice. After sometimes he went into unconscious stage then the old woman who was passing by saw him and recognized the boy and pulled him up the hill immediately. He was badly wounded on legs and hands. The deer that was passing by saw the boy who was injured and soon ran to the forest and brought some herbs. The old woman applied the herbs on his wounds. After sometime the boy became alright and was out of pain. All were very happy that they could help each other. The boy was very grateful to the old woman and the deer. They all lived happily as friends forever.

From this story, we come to know that “What you give others you will get the same in return”.
