An old man and his five sons

Once there lived in a farmer along with his wife and five sons in a village named Rampur.  He used to earn his daily lively by working in brick company. He is a hardworking, kind and generous person.Due to his generosity he is respected by every person in that village. But he is always concerned about his sons. Since, they always quarrel with each other for no reason.  Sometimes, they even fight badly. The farmer tries hard to stop and unite them.  But many times he tried to convince them but that did not worked out for him.

The farmer always thought of different ideas to keep his sons united. He uses to implement many but they did not show any effect on them. Once he bought a bundle of sticks and asked each of his sons to break that bundle of sticks. All the sons tried to break it but they could not accomplish it. They used their full strength and skills to break, but they couldn’t. Then the farmer removed one stick from the bundle and gave each son a stick and asked them to break it. Then all his sons ruined it very easily.
Farmer explained them that the single stick is easy broken if they are in bundle no one is able to break it. If you people are united then no other person can enter and break up your relation. If you are weak then you cannot achieve anything and it will easy to break like a stick

Be united and be strong
